Hi. I’m Maleah. I’m also known as “mommaleah” because I love to bolster moms around the world. I think women are amazing. I believe mothers are CEOs of their own corporations. My goal is to educate, validate, and elevate the work of mothering. A healthy world begins with healthy mothers!

At age 31, I went on a quest to find personal healing after being diagnosed with postpartum depression, Epstein-Barr virus, and Hashimoto’s thyroid. Today, I love sharing what I’ve learned.

Through my books, classes, podcast, and Monday Message email, I empower women (and men!) with tools to heal heart, mind, and body.

I grew up on a farm in beautiful Castle Dale, Utah. To this day, the sight of freshly-baled hale and baby calves makes me feel at home. I love digging in my garden, watching reruns of Jeopardy, and escaping to my local library.

I’m married to the greatest man on earth. We live in American Fork, Utah with the youngest of our five children who haven’t yet flown the coop. Why do children have to grow up?
